- campaign descriptions
- images, media, and other content you choose to upload

- information submitted through contact forms
- messages sent to or from the Platform
1.3 Payment Information
All payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
PFP does not collect or store:
- full credit card numbers
- bank account numbers
Payment-related information is collected and processed directly by the Payment Processor in accordance with its privacy policies.
1.4 Information Collected Automatically
We may collect limited information automatically when you use the Platform, including:
- device type and browser information
- IP address
- general usage data (such as pages visited and actions taken)
This information is used to:
- operate and maintain the Platform
- improve performance and reliability
- detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not currently use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking.

- create and manage user accounts and Campaigns
- process Donations and facilitate transactions through third-party providers
- communicate with Users regarding their accounts, Campaigns, and transactions

- monitor and analyze usage to improve functionality and performance
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
- enforce these Terms of Use and comply with legal obligations
2.2 Transactional Communications
PFP may send Users transactional communications related to their use of the Platform, including:
- account notifications
- Donation receipts
- Campaign-related updates
- system or security messages
These communications may be delivered using third-party service providers.
2.3 Email Services
PFP may use third-party email service providers, including Mailgun, to send emails and notifications.
These providers may process:
- email addresses
- message content
- delivery and engagement data
Such processing is limited to what is necessary to deliver communications on behalf of PFP.
3. Sharing of Information
3.1 Service Providers
PFP may share information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including:
- payment processing providers, including Stripe
- email delivery providers, including Mailgun
- infrastructure and hosting providers
These service providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to perform services for PFP.
